The next day we went over to visit Grandpa Hamnett and Loucille. We had a very nice time visiting with them and, of course, their dog Jackson. Afterwards, we came home and played in the snow in the backyard.
Then we got the sled out and tried it out on the little hill in the backyard.

This was the kids' first time sledding and they had SO much fun! Brody was a little daredevi and learned to turn the sled around halfway down so he would be going down backwards. He even went off the edge of the rocks, which was a nice drop. No fear whatsoever! Here is a video of some of the fun time we had together.Much of our other days were spent relaxing and playing. Piper loved playing games with Grandma.
