The storm that passed through meant lots of snow for the mountains. It was a beautiful sight from my parents' backyard.
John flew into town to spend the day and then to drive back home with us. For our last day in town, we spent it at BYU. Our first stop was the Wilkinson Center and we hit up the games at the bowling alley. Brody racked up lots of tickets at ski ball and was pretty proud of himself.
Grandpa brushed up on his throwing skills at the NFL game and did pretty well.
We walked around campus next and visited the new SFLC (Smith Family Living Center) building. It had some beautiful new grounds around it.
Then we took the long stairs down to the Hall of Fame to check out any new sports memorabilia. Guess who's picture I found hanging up? They had an area talking about BYU atheletes serving missions. Here is Dennis with his Mission President and his wife.
The next morning we woke up really early and ventured home. As the kids and I slept, John braved some rough weather along the 15. It was pretty nasty at times.
The kids love the snow, so we indulged them a bit and let them have some fun. It was seriously freezing out there. A picture with dad was all Piper could handle.
Brody would have stayed out there a lot longer if he could.
Such a fun spring break for us! Thank you Mom and Dad for having us all week! Thank you John for driving back with us, going without sleep, and keeping us safe! So many great memories for the all of us!
